Victor Adedayo Mustapha is an accomplished Human Resources Professional and Business Leader with extensive experience spanning Human Resource Management, HR Advisory, Project Management, Administration, Strategy & Operations, Business Development, and Facility Management. Over the past decade, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and transformational leader who delivers innovative HR solutions that align people strategy with business objectives.
During his time as Director of Human Resources at Jacinth Education, Nigeria, Victor oversaw the entire HR function — from policy formulation and talent acquisition to performance management, training, and compensation strategy. He spearheaded initiatives that fostered employee engagement, compliance, and organizational growth.
As former Group HR for TG Marchnata Enterprises, Victor successfully designed and implemented HR frameworks across subsidiaries in Nigeria, Ghana, East Africa, and the UK — handling diverse teams and ensuring compliance with multinational employment standards. He has been instrumental in setting up new business operations, leading cross-border HR strategy, and mentoring teams across industries including Education, Finance, Manufacturing, and Consulting.
Beyond corporate HR, Victor offers strategic HR advisory for startups and SMEs, workforce planning, organizational design, culture transformation, and comprehensive recruitment and talent management strategies. He is passionate about human capital development, equipping individuals with employability skills, and helping organizations harness the full potential of their people.

He holds an MBA from the University of Lagos and a B.Sc. (Ed) in Chemistry.
Peace Oluwadara Mustapha, warmly known as Dara, is a distinguished Legal Practitioner and Certified Compliance Professional with a decade of post-call experience. Her exceptional skills as an administrator, draftsman, and problem-solver have earned her a stellar reputation in her field.
Oluwadara is a proud alumnus of the prestigious Faculty of Law, University of Lagos (UNILAG), where she served as Secretary General of Taslim Elias Students Chamber. She proceeded to the Nigerian Law School (NLS) Lagos Campus for her B.L qualification in 2015, and to the University of Ibadan in 2017 for her LL.M in Corporate/Commercial Law — where she graduated with Distinction, achieving a CGPA of 6.6 out of 7.0 — one of the highest in her cohort.
Her impressive career trajectory began as a State Prosecutor in 2016, before her entry into banking and financial institutions in 2020. She joined Guaranty Trust Bank Limited as a Corporate Legal Counsel and was one of only three (3) staff selected out of thirty-five (35) for secondment to the Holding Company upon inception — co-founding the Legal & Company Secretarial Team of Guaranty Trust Holding Company (GTCO), handling transaction oversight and legal advisory for banking subsidiaries across Nigeria and Africa.
She has since built further expertise with Sanlam Life Insurance Nigeria Limited and now Treegar Capital — a licensed Capital Market Operator — where she serves as Compliance Manager and SEC-Sponsored Compliance Manager, overseeing regulatory compliance and acting as the core liaison with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Oluwadara became a Chartered Company Secretary under ICSAN in 2022 and is a certified member of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria (CIN) and a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists. Past consultations include Adron Homes and Properties, Jacinth Education, and White & Case LLP, New York. She currently volunteers for the United Nations (Research & Community Development, 5 years) and Africa Policy Conversations (Administrative Volunteer, 4 years).
